Angela Onyeador
Arts Collector/Pageant Promoter
Angela Onyeador is a trail blazer in the promotion and preservation of African cultural values. As a demonstration of her love for African heritage, Angela in the late 1970s was a major advocate of African fabrics. She had called on Africans to accept their indigenous materials for dressing and fashion.
She later went on to promote African beauty through her pet project African Woman which sought to portray the African woman as the epitome of beauty without debasing her womanhood.
In 2000, Angela Onyeador came up with the African Foundation for Arts which promised to seek resourceful collaborations and sponsorships to re-position Nigerian and African Arts.
Had her primary school education at Shell BP school in Port Harcourt. Attended Queens
College, Obtained a B.Sc in Psychology from London University. A music and Art lover.
